Ambassador Dr. Alexander Shapiro Suliman is an accomplished international diplomat, entrepreneur, and public figure with extensive experience spanning peacebuilding, business development, and humanitarian service. He is the Founding President of the Israeli International Medical Diagnostic Center “Azerbaijani–Israeli Medical Center and VIP Tour” and the Agro Business & Investment Group Israel, with operations across Israel, the USA, Russia, Jordan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. In addition, he serves as Vice President for International Relations at JSC “Plant Santex” group of companies (Russia) and as President for International Relations of the international law firm Alexander Group, active in Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, the UAE, and Israel. He also presides over the Center for Economic Peace in Eastern Europe and Russia, advancing cross-border cooperation in trade and diplomacy.
Dr. Shapiro Suliman holds a degree in National Economy from Kabardino-Balkar State University and has built a career in both the private and public sectors. His business experience includes founding and leading companies in tourism, agriculture, employment, medical services, waste processing, and investment consulting, with activity across the Middle East and the former Soviet Union since 2007.
Public and political engagement
Since 2005, he has served as Ambassador of Peace for the Federation for World Peace and as an Expert of the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights (SIPDH) in Paris. He has been a member of the Likud political party (Israel) since 1998 and has participated in both municipal and state elections. He is also the founder of several associations and organizations that connect business with social development.
UNESCO-related roles
Dr. Shapiro Suliman is Chairman of the Board of the future UNESCO International Interdisciplinary Innovation Center and Vice President for International Relations of the planned UNESCO Peace Center (Moscow–Paris). Through these roles, he contributes to intercultural dialogue, peace education, and sustainable development.
Foundations and leadership
He is the Founder of the Renaissance Foundation in Georgia, First Vice President of the World Alliance “Peacemaker”, and Vice President, High Commissioner for Relations with Compatriots Living Abroad at the ANO Center for Strategic Development Modeling (Russia). He also represents the World HERUT Union in the Russian Federation and serves as Vice President for International Relations of the Crimean Republican Association of Blockchain Investment Technologies (KRABIT).
Business experience
Since 2007, Dr. Suliman has founded and managed companies across tourism, employment, agriculture, waste processing, and medical services. His work bridges markets in the Middle East and the former Soviet Union. He also serves as Vice President of CICRAUN – Israel and CIS Countries Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Vice President of the association “Den’ Rozhdeniya”, supporting trade, investment, and socially responsible business initiatives.
